Henry “Hank” Clark, Broker: prior to obtaining my Real Estate Broker’s License in 1991, I was very successful as a Certified Public Accountant and subsequently an Entrepreneur having started Clark Energy Corporation active in acquiring real estate mineral leases and developing these leases by Drilling and Operating oil and gas wells in Colorado, Wyoming and Oklahoma. CEC Realty is a division of Clark Energy Corporation, hence our name CEC Realty! I look forward to helping you make your dreams come true.
Dana Brown, Broker Associate: I was born and raised in Southern California, moved to Evergreen, Colorado in 1980. I was very active in the Evergreen Choral - Yes, I learned to sing, dance and chew gum all at the same time - very helpful in being a full time Realtor! During the 1980's I was a career banker (New Accounts, Teller, Safe Deposit, CD's, IRA's and the like). I transitioned into non-profit work as a grant writer and event coordinator for Bridgeway - Homes For Pregnant Teens.
In 1998 I took my real estate exam - and the rest, as they say, was history! As a full-time Realtor I enjoy each day serving my clients and continuing to grow by being tech-savvy and willing to take on the ever-changing real estate environment. From 1st-time buyers to step-up or scale-down buyers, investors, and retirees the Metro Denver real estate market keeps me sharpening my skills and sharing knowledge with my clients - and I love it!
I still donate time to support non-profits - I have recently retired from 6 years on the Board of Directors of Caring Connection (workplace giving through payroll deduction programs). My hobbies include creating stained glass and creating kiln fired warm glass works. I am currently on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chapter of AIWF (American Institute of Wine and Food) which allows me to support young chefs and sommeliers with scholarships and competitions. (Let's face it, without these creative minds we'll all be eating nothing but fast food!)
